First aid course 6 hours

The 6-hour first aid course is a course that includes everything taught in the CPR course, plus a variety of common and critical emergency situations to recognize and learn.

The course opens with the CPR section. In this section, participants learn about the importance of quickly identifying a situation that requires CPR, how to act in a situation that requires CPR, and what the correct and critical order of actions is at these moments.

In the CPR portion of the 6-hour first aid course, participants will learn and practice adult CPR, child CPR, and infant CPR.

After this part, participants will be familiar with the basic life systems, the triangle of life, the chain of survival from cardiac arrest, how the pre-hospital emergency system works, how to perform massages correctly and accurately, how to perform breaths, if at all, and what the differences are between performing CPR on adults, children, and infants.
In addition, we learn about operating a defibrillator (the device that delivers an electric shock to the heart), how to obtain such a device at any opportunity (there is a law requiring public institutions to have one), and how to use it correctly.

The CPR portion of the course includes practical training in basic CPR and defibrillation, in adults, children, and infants.

After the CPR part, you learn about providing first aid in the event of choking from a foreign body.
Foreign body choking in adults, foreign body choking in children, and foreign body choking in infants. When not to touch, how to recognize a situation in which action must be taken, and how to act correctly and safely.

After acquiring the basic critical functions in resuscitation and foreign body, we move on to the stage of diseases and emergencies. In the 6-hour course, you can choose between 2 tracks:

Track 1: Trauma Track - Injuries and Bruises Track.
Track 2: Non-Trauma Disease Track - Common Emergencies Track

Track 1: Trauma Track -
In this course, you learn about common injuries and how to treat them.
How to treat minor and severe bleeding, stopping bleeding with direct and indirect pressure, performing a tourniquet and bandaging.
In addition, how to identify fractures and sprains and how to treat them until they reach a senior professional level of care.

Track 2: Track A Trauma Diseases -
In this course, you will learn how to handle common emergency situations:

The choice between the routes depends on the needs of the person requesting the training. If you are unsure, you can consult in order to make an informed decision regarding the correct and recommended route.
